Mike Scarborough

I grew up in Española,leaving there in 1960,spent eight years in the air force, flying as a navigator. Moved to Santa Fe in 1968 when I left the service, graduated from the College of Santa Fe and UNM law school. Served on the Santa Fe city counsel from 1970 to 1974. practiced law for twenty-five years. The passed five years were spent researching and writing "Trespassers on Our Own Land" an oral history about Juan Valdez, a member of the 1960's Alianza and about the political history of land grants in Northern New Mexico which I published recently.
